Session Descriptions

We have several different session types, they are described below:

 

activestrength

Work your muscles and feel the burn. You'll get an amazing workout and you'll tone up quick smart after coming to these sessions!

activeconditioning

Get puffed out and sweaty. We get your body moving with drills and games designed to get you fit!

activeboxing

Get rid of stress and learn some self defence and coordination while getting a great cardio workout and a super toned body!

activelowimpact It's low impact but high intensity! You WILL get a workout but there is no running or jumping. Circuit training to suit everyone!
