Work your muscles and feel the burn. You'll get an amazing workout and you'll tone up quick smart after coming to these sessions! |

Get puffed out and sweaty. We get your body moving with drills and games designed to get you fit! |

Get rid of stress and learn some self defence and coordination while getting a great cardio workout and a super toned body! |
| activelowimpact | It's low impact but high intensity! You WILL get a workout but there is no running or jumping. Circuit training to suit everyone! |
